For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your bag if it has:

Defects in materials (fabric, stitching, zippers, buckles).

Defects in workmanship (construction, seams, assembly).
❌ What’s Not Covered
We don’t cover:

Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, dirt, scratches).

Damage from misuse, neglect, or modifications.

Lost or stolen bags.
